Homemade Green Tea Ice Cream (녹차 아이스크림)

Main Ingredients: • 2 tsp Green Tea Powder • 1 Container Half and Half (473 ml) • 4 Egg Yokes • ½ Cup Sugar Yield: About 1 Quart Special Music “Cuckoo Realkook” by “최성국” Thank you !!!

    Half and half is too creamy make sure you add some water.

    What’s half and half? Milk? flour? Sorry, i don’t get it. And can you upload other flavour ice creams? I like Rocky road and all, more vanilla and choco stuffs. Thanks!

    nope..it was just normal eggs.. Usually I remove the white parts in egg yoke when I cook…but for video I didn’t..

    there is a japanese version of this it’s called matcha ice cream we use marcha powder and cream etc

    @beatricexox half and half is a milk, u can buy it at any grocery market that sell milk.

    it is hard to make an ice- cream without a machine. I’ve tried your procedure of making this ice cream. It took me almost 4 hours to repeat the process over and over again. Without properly stir every hours, you will end up sugar in the bottom and actually it does taste better without a machine. I’ve tried it making it with machine and is so creamy I guess it depends how much ingredient u add. Thanks for sharing your video.
