How to Make Tapioca/ Bubble/ Boba Milk Tea 波霸奶茶

My name is Gladys Wang, a simply girl who loves to share her passion for cooking & food. By no means to be a pro, just sharing what I can & know. Ingredients I used: Black Tapioca Pearl (I will put the eBay link where you can buy it) Whole Milk (you can use any kind of milk, but I think whole milk has the best flavor) Red Tea Bag (use two bags if you want a stronger flavor) Honey (Add honey for a natural sweet flavor) Fine Sugar (Add sugar to the milk tea based on your personal preference) cgi.ebay.com cgi.ebay.com

    @kungpaohottie Is there any way to preboil the bubbles for quick use? Because waiting for them to boil takes a long time in the mornings. I tried storing them in my fridge and the inside wasn’t squishy anymore.

    @gem400
    hi, you can add some honey to the bubbles and keep it in the fridge. I think that’s how bubble tea store does it.

    @AyaTeien
    I think green tea is better than black tea. Black tea tends to taste bitter

    So for the red tea bags, is there a specific brand that i have to use? Because there are some that has a strawberry, raspberry flavor to it.. Or do i have to get the original with no flavors added to it? Will the red diamond all natural tea be good for it? Can i just use the Lipton Tea red with no flavors added?? I’m sorry i just want to know what kind of tea i can get to make this..
