Is Lipton Green Tea Good When Getting a Six Pack?

I’m trying to get a six pack guys but I don’t want to drink just water. Would drinking a 1440 ml bottle of Lipton Green Tea hurt my chances? It has 21 grams of sugar. If you guys have another thing i can drink or just any tips I’m open to ideas. I’m 18 years old and very lean.

21 grams of sugar is a lot.

You may as well be drinking a soda. Any kind of extra processed anything (sodium, fat, sugar) is never a good thing if you are trying to lose fat around your stomach. I would avoid this and drink water instead.

Dont get in the habit of drinking sugar water. Sure your body can probably process it now, but when you hit 25 you will gain weight and most likely be addicted to the sugar water and not understand why.

21 grams is a lot of sugar to be downing on a regular basis. you’d start gaining blubber rather than muscle and that’d suck. i’d suggest water but if you want tea, go for hot green tea. it’s way better for you- it purifies and speeds up the metabolism.
