Do the cookies turn out crispy or a little soft? I like the filling. Looks sharp!
@MrJingjong They turn out somewhat crispy. The filling is nutella. I don’t like how sugary/fatty buttercream is, so I’ll have to think of more filling alternatives later. >_<
@MikisPantry you can make super healthy fillings with nut creams. You should check out some raw food recipes for desserts. They are amazingly decadent and very healthy. I recommend you check out Ani Phyo.
